My main practices are 5 Element and TCM acupuncture and Bio-dynamic cranio-sacral therapy (CST).
When asked 'what is that I actually do'? I would summarise by saying that I like to help people re-purpose what seems like an unresolvable situation into something that's actually positive, useful and even life enhancing.
Our body reflects the story of our life experiences; It records and reflects everything like a library, oftentimes in physical issues, but also as difficult mental/emotional expressions too.
All of these reflections are information that's pointing us towards energy that's blocked or trapped in our bodies that's looking to free itself to be used for our benefit through self awareness (wisdom).
From my perspective, I believe that the modalities of acupuncture and CST are most suited when combined to first identify the emotional root cause of disharmony and then to help the body to process and transform the blocked or stagnant energy.
